FOOD WRITING — From Short Form Magazine Writing to Memoir, Storytellers Wanted

Chasing excellence in storytelling is the name of the game for many food writers, especially Steve Hoffman. With his new memoir, "A Season for That”  hitting book shelves, Steve’s writing journey is one of poignant transitions…from honing storytelling and detail in magazine pieces and then  learning what he didn’t know he needed to learn to pivot to living in France and writing his heartfelt memoir. It is fair to say that every single one of Hoffman’s writing lessons are worth sharing. We are lucky he is willing to share this Master Class with IACP. Stay tuned for a special surprise guest at the end of the session.

Speaker: Steve Hoffman – Food Writer, Author, Tax Preparer

Introduction: Hali Bey Ramdene – Features Director, Bon Appétit
