Behind the Production of the Popular Today Show Cookbook

Anthony Contrino, Emmy award-winning culinary producer, food stylist, chef, and on-air personality, takes us behind the scenes of the Today Show's new cookbook: Today Loves Food: Recipes from America’s Favorite Kitchen. Discover the creative process behind this iconic project, including recipe testing, styling, and the selection of recipes from fan-favorite guests, chefs, and Today Show hosts.

The presentation will be followed by a lively Q&A with Katie Stilo, Culinary Producer at NBC Today Show.
